Robert graduated magma cum laude from California University of Pennsylvania with his Bachelor of Science (BS) with a concentration in business administration while simultaneously preparing for a career in medicine.
Robert graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN). While preparing for nurse anesthesia training Robert worked at Mercy Hospital in the cardiovascular intensive care unit.
Robert attended the number one ranked Nurse Anesthesia school in the nation, the University of Pittsburgh and received a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Anesthesia.
While Robert was at the University of Pittsburgh he was active with volunteering and spent time in Cambodia providing anesthesia at a nonprofit children’s hospital as well as actively mentoring other students.
Robert enjoys mentoring current nurse anesthesia students in the operating room as well as in the classroom.
Robert started his anesthesia career at Allegheny General Hospital, a large level one trauma, transplant hospital where he serves as a member of the cardiac and transplant teams.
Robert now is the lead CRNA at a orthopedic specialty ambulatory surgery center. He specializes in peripheral nerve blocks for post operative pain, opioid free anesthesia techniques, and pediatrics.
